What is the Direct™ Vision Prepaid Visa® Card?
Your Direct™ Vision Card is a prepaid Visa card, meaning you deposit your cash or checks to
your Direct™ Vision Card account and then use your Direct™ Vision Card to access your cash
whenever you want to make purchases or pay bills at merchants that accept Visa debit
cards. You can also withdraw cash at millions of ATMs worldwide.
How do I make purchases with my Direct™ Vision Card?
When making a purchase, select "Credit" and sign the receipt provided by the merchant.
Can I save on my Weekly Fee?
Yes, when you use your Direct™ Vision Card for any one of the following transactions per
month, your Weekly Fee will be refunded.

Are there any other FREE features?
Yes. You will not be charged a fee when using your Direct™ Vision Card for:

- Online monthly statements
- Email account alerts

How long will it take to receive my Direct™ Vision Card in the
mail?
Your new Direct™ Vision Card will arrive in the mail within 7 to 10 days after you
successfully pass identification verification*. Direct™ Vision Cards are mailed through U.S.
Mail, first class. If you do not receive your Direct™ Vision Card, please call customer service at
1-866-630-2503.
*Obtaining Your Card: The USA PATRIOT Act is a federal law that requires all financial
institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens a Card
Account. What this means for you: When you open a Card Account, we will ask for your name,
address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to reasonably identify
you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
How can I pay bills with my Direct™ Vision Card?
You can make payments directly to your biller by phone.
Or, you can pay bills with the Direct™ Vision Premier automated bill payment service called
Click-n Pay™. With Click-n-Pay™, you can send electronic payments to thousands of billers,
even if they don’t accept credit cards. If you want to pay a biller that isn’t listed in our
database, we can send them a paper check on your behalf.

How can I keep track of my account?
You can find out your balance and any activity on your Direct™ Vision Card by signing up for
Account Alerts, which can be sent directly to your mobile phone or email. You can even customize
your alerts to tell you what you want to know, such as your daily balance, bill payment activity,
payment authorizations and more.

cash?
The easiest way to load your Direct™ Vision Card is through direct deposit. You can add cash
to your account regularly and automatically by having your all or part of your paycheck deposited
directly to your Direct™ Vision Card account for FREE!
To sign-up for Direct Deposit, give your employer the voided check that came with your
Direct™ Vision Card. You can also call 1-866-630-2503 to request a new direct deposit form or

Are there other ways to load cash to my Direct™ Vision Card?
You can always load cash to your Direct™ Vision Card instantly at over 100,000 retail
locations including PreCash® retailers, MoneyGram® ExpressPayment®, Western Union®, and PayXone™
locations such as Ace Cash Express. To find a location near you

You can also wire funds to and from your Direct™ Vision Card to your bank account, or to the
bank account of a friend or relative. To receive a Federal Reserve Wire or ACH transfer from a
participating financial institution, use the direct deposit account number and routing number
printed on the voided check that came with your Direct™ Vision Card. Funds will be available the
same business day they are received.
Can I add additional Direct™ Vision Cards to my account?
Yes, you have the option to add one additional Direct™ Vision Card for a friend or family
member. This additional Direct™ Vision Card will hold their own balance and is loaded only through
a transfer from the primary account.
