How do I start using my Direct Vision Card?
When you receive your Direct Vision Visa Prepaid Card, call the phone number on the card to activate it. Then you will need to add cash to your card through Direct Deposit or load cash at a retail location near you. Once your card is loaded with cash, you are ready to use your convenient and secure Direct Vision Visa Prepaid Card. How long will it take to receive my Direct Vision Visa Prepaid Card?
Your new prepaid card will arrive in the mail within 7 to 10 days after you sign up online, and your identification has been successfully verified.* If you do not receive your Direct Vision Visa Prepaid Card, please call our Customer Service at 1-866-630-2503.

How do I make purchases with my Direct Vision Visa Prepaid Card?
To make a purchase or pay your bills, select "Credit" and sign the receipt provided by the merchant if necessary. If you're shopping online, select "Visa" for your payment method, and enter the digits on your prepaid card just as you would with a credit card. It's that easy!
How can I keep track of my spending on my Direct Vision Visa Prepaid Card?
View your transactions for FREE by logging in to your Direct Vision Card account at directvisioncard.com. Once you're there, sign up to receive FREE balance alerts sent to your cell phone or email. Or, you may call customer service at 1-866-630-2503.
How do I pay bills with my Direct Vision Visa Prepaid Card?
With Bill Pay, you can send electronic payments to thousands of companies, even if they don't accept credit cards. If you want to pay a biller that isn't listed in our database, enter their information and the amount you wish to pay in the Bill Pay system, and we'll send them a paper check on your behalf. You may also pay any biller directly with your card.
