To see if a biller participates, consult the Biller Directory and from there, you can link to the biller’s site. You must contact billers directly to pay a bill with your Visa card.

You can pay a biller directly by calling them or visiting their online bill pay system. Visit our Online Bill Pay Center located on the cardholder website for useful tools and tips including a Biller Directory where you can access thousands of billers instantly. You can also send a paper check to anyone from your card for free via your cardholder account. Pay your rent, car payment, insurance, cable or electricity bill - online 24/7.
- Can I pay all of my bills with my Direct Vision Prepaid Card?

You can pay bills to any biller that accepts Visa debit cards. Check the Biller Directory to find participating billers. You may also send a check from your card account at www.directvisioncard.com.
- How often can I schedule recurring payments from my prepaid Direct Vision Prepaid Card?

A monthly recurring bill payment is the most-used option. Other scheduling options include daily, quarterly or yearly.
- What if my biller does not accept Visa cards?

You can send a paper check to anyone in the United States from your card for free via your cardholder account. Once you have logged into your account, click on "Bill Pay" under "Send Cash". Go to "Add Biller" and follow instructions to add the biller manually. Once your biller is added, you can schedule a "Single Payment" or "Multiple Payments".
- How much does it cost to pay bills with my Direct Vision Prepaid Card?

Paying bills with your Direct Vision Visa Prepaid Card is free. Some service providers may charge a fee for processing a bill payment with a Visa card.
- How can I confirm that a payment has been sent?

That’s easy too. Just log into your account. If you are paying a biller directly, click on "Transaction View" under Card Management. Under "Authorization Detail" you can see the date, amount debited, and the transaction detail for each payment made. You also have an option to print your Transaction History here. If you are using the online check service, go to "Bill Pay" under "Send Cash", then confirm a payment by selecting "Recent Payments" or "Payment Activity."
