All fees are per transaction unless otherwise noted. All fee amounts will be withdrawn from your Card Account and will be assessed as long as there is a remaining balance on your Card Account, except where prohibited by law. Anytime your remaining Card Account balance is less than the fee amount being assessed, the balance of your Card Account will be applied to the fee amount.

Otherwise, a Weekly Fee will be deducted from your account every Saturday. 3If you use an ATM not owned by us for any transaction, including a balance inquiry, you may be charged a fee by the ATM operator even if you do not complete a withdrawal. This ATM fee is a third-party fee amount assessed by the individual ATM operator only and is not assessed by us. This ATM fee amount will be charged to your Card. 4Using this feature to send money from your Card Account to a recipient without a Direct Vision Prepaid Visa Card is currently unavailable. You may, however, continue to use this feature to send money from your Card Account to a recipient with a Direct Vision Prepaid Visa Card, e.g., Card-to-Card transfers. 5You must qualify for the overdraft feature and it is subject to our approval. 6Inactivity is defined as a zero or negative balance and no value loads, no purchase activity or cash withdrawals performed for sixty (60) consecutive days. This does not include fee charges. Your Card will be charged an Inactivity Fee per month with the first occurrence assessed at sixty-one (61) days of inactivity. Thereafter, the Inactivity Fee will be assessed on the first day of each month until activity restarts. 7If you purchased your Card at Direct Auto Insurance locations only, you will qualify for a rebate of the Activation Fee after your first direct deposit. To request your Activation Fee rebate, complete the mail-in rebate form available at www.directvisioncard.com or call 1-866-630-2503. If you did not acquire your Card through a participating retailer, this Activation Fee will be deducted from your first cash load.
